Hi, I'm Lena, founder of ArtNest. A few years ago, life
felt overwhelming. Between the constant noise of social media, work stress, and
trying to be everything to everyone, I found myself craving stillness. One day,
I stumbled across an old scratch art kit in my childhood home, and for the
first time in a long time, I felt calm, focused, and free. Just me, a stylus,
and the quiet joy of revealing something beautiful. As someone who struggles to
sit still, stay focused, or quiet the mental noise, scratch art became my
unexpected safe space. The simple, repetitive motion and the instant visual
reward helped calm the chaos in my brain. If you have ADHD, or love someone who
does, I created this with you in mind. It's not just art, its relief you can
feel in your hands.

That moment sparked an idea.

What if scratch art wasn’t just a fun activity for kids but
a tool for adults, families, and friends to unwind, express creativity, and
bond offline?

So I created ArtNest. A space for creative escape, mindfulness,
and reconnection through beautifully designed scratch art kits.

We live in a world where we’re constantly plugged in but
more disconnected than ever, from ourselves, our creativity, and the people
around us. ArtNest is here to change that. Each kit is a small invitation to
slow down, create, and connect with your inner self or with someone special.
